Marlon L. Gonzalez, a 2012 University of Central Florida Graduate comes from a background focused on sales and revenue. Marlon has held positions as General Manager for big retailers such as Advance Auto Parts, as well as Bridgestone Retail Operations in the Central Florida Area. Marlon’s background does not limit himself to only sales, but also as a big advocate for community involvement. A member of Lambda Theta Phi Latin Fraternity Inc. since March 2012, he has been involved in many philantropic events ranging from the American Heart Association, to Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute. In June 2016, he was considered Alumni Philantropist of the Year by his Fraternity. While working for Bridgestone Retail Operations, he was one of the ambassadors to the Boys and Girls Club of America, and he hosted many events in which the community was invited to be involved with. On March 2017, Marlon became a Master Mason, and in May 2017 he became a Shriner. Marlon’s passion for animals grow stronger each day, as his girlfriend keeps bringing animals into the house. Marlon currently owns three cats named Gato, Gatita, and Stubs the three legged cat; he also has a dog named Lola. Marlon will be bringing a new twist into the office, and we are so excited to have him with us.

Robert Vazquez is a serial entrepreneur. A go-getter with a keen eye and exceptional insight.
He has sought after and created or acquired several companies including but not limited to a Real estate brokerage, investment fund(s), real estate investment firm, finance/mortgage, import/export, hospitality co, property management and most recently a recent title company and new software company.
Mr. Vazquez is an expert in all aspects of the real estate industry to include residential, commercial, finance, loss mitigation, asset management, debt securities and distressed debt acquisitions/dispositions. A full time investor and head of a Private Equity Firm.
Mr. Vazquez is an author, blogger, motivational speaker, educator, coach and father of four boys. He is an advocate of the use of technologies to increase productivity and reduce cost. He has assisted in the international Multi-Million dollar finance for allied military housing projects. Assisted in the fundraising for a casino & hotel project overseas and several other ventures.
Mr. Robert Vazquez is heavily involved in his local community and supports several youth groups. A volunteer at give kids the world, a member of IAVA, American Legion, Veteran of Foreign wars, Shriner and a Mason.
